Welcome to Wild Lotus Yoga. I’m Helen, and I’m passionate about making yoga truly accessible—whatever your age, background, or level of experience.

After more than 20 years working as a nurse, I’ve seen first hand how modern life affects our bodies and minds: the aching backs, stiff joints, poor posture, and rising stress levels. Yoga has supported me through all of it. My own practice has been a source of strength and healing, especially after a back injury that inspired me to complete my teacher training.

Now, I’m here to share the joy of yoga and help you feel better in your everyday life. You’re warmly invited to join me on the mat.
